Eric is a corporate attorney, startup advisor, angel investor, and adjunct professor. He works closely with emerging companies as a thought partner and strategic advisor to help them grow faster and succeed at scale. With over a decade of experience in corporate law and business strategy, Eric has unique insights into how executives make critical decisions every day.

Prior to co-founding Talis and Eagle View Strategy, Eric worked at two major law firms, Cooley and Kirkland & Ellis, and clerked for a US district judge in the Southern District of New York. He also ran a Silicon Valley accelerator program and held several positions in technology companies and the US government. Additionally, Eric has taught legal analysis, research, and writing at the Santa Clara University School of Law and entrepreneurship at Menlo College.
